ALIGNMENT

Level 1 (Beginner)

Level 1 is for people new to yoga or looking to re-establish the foundations of practice. Class is a slower pace so you have time to understand the concepts and actions of each pose and technique.

Level 2 (Intermediate)

Level 2 assumes that the practitioner has some yoga experience and is looking to expand on that knowledge. The pace is still relatively slow and methodical but may be a bit faster at times than Level 1. 

Level 3 (Advanced)

Level 3 continues to expand upon the principles developed in Level 1 & 2 classes. Even though this class looks at more physically challenging practices, please remember that advanced practice is not how bendy or strong you are. Understanding how to take care of yourself in more challenging poses and adapting when necessary is key to practicing with wisdom.
