MEDITATION

Meditation brings us closer to who we truly are at our core - love. However, not every meditation practice feels like rainbows and butterflies because we tend to carry the burdens of the world on our shoulders. It is common to distract ourselves from what we are feeling and experiencing day by day and it may feel foreign or scary to slow down and sit with that which arises. I know firsthand how establishing a consistent meditation practice may feel overwhelming. It takes time and dedication, but it is possible. We all have a unique path and we will work together to develop a practice that is right for you.
